The Cherokee Market is a publicly available site on which Developers and Publishers can distribute Products. In order to distribute Products on the Cherokee Market, you must have and maintain a valid Publisher Account.
Upgrading from a Regular Account to a Publisher Account is free of charge. Prior to the activation you will be prompted to accept the Cherokee Market Developer Distribution Agreement. If you are a vendor interested in distributing your applications through Cherokee Market, you can apply for a Publisher Account.
Once your application has been reviewed you will be given access to the vendor related functionality that will allow you to get started quickly and painlessly.
You will be able to create and submit applications after that.
